Launching on 17th November, Puttshack’s Christmas specials are built around some fabulously festive flavours. On the bar menu, the Winter Bellini blends peach & pear purée with Prosecco Frizzante Ca’ di Alte – a crisp, light spritz that feels suitably celebratory. The Christmas Spritz blends Aperol and Prosecco with spiced cranberry purée and soda for a sparkling serve that’s made for the camera roll as much as the tastebuds.
From the kitchen, The Winter Stack takes the classic burger into holiday territory – truffle garlic mayo, gorgonzola, cranberry sauce, caramelised onion and rocket are layered over a beef patty for a rich, savoury-sweet combo that’s full-on festive.
